Physical Products
(Made-to-Order)
All physical products are made to order, and each item is created specifically for you. Because of this, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, I want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. If the defect is verified, I will happily provide one of the following, depending on the situation:
A replacement item
A repair (if applicable)
A partial or full refund
Please note: normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery is not considered a defect.
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I am unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the product has been purchased and delivered.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact me and I will ensure you receive the files successfully.
