How it Works & How Caregivers are Protected
I Meet the Family
Before I agree to work with a family, I meet them virtually to learn about them, their children, and the childcare needs.
As a Nanny myself, I understand the importance of safety, both personal and financial, in taking short term jobs. That’s why I take steps to ensure everyone feels comfortable before ever accepting a job.
You Meet the Family
Top candidates will get to meet the family, virtually, before accepting a job. You can always accept or decline any job.
Payment is Collected in Advance
I collect full payment 5 days prior to the family’s arrival. Once the job is completed, you are paid in full.
I Provide a Contract
A comprehensive, legally informed contract is provided for you and the family to sign prior to the beginning of each job.
