How it Works & How Caregivers are Protected

As a Nanny myself, I understand the importance of safety, both personal and financial, in taking short term jobs. That’s why I take steps to ensure everyone feels comfortable before ever accepting a job.

I Meet the Family

Before I agree to work with a family, I meet them virtually to learn about them, their children, and their childcare needs.

You Meet the Family

Top candidates will get to meet the family, virtually, before accepting a job. You can always accept or decline any job.

Payment is Collected in Advance

I collect full payment 5 days prior to the family’s arrival. Once the job is completed, you are paid in full.

I Provide a Contract

A high quality, legally informed contract is provided for you and the family to sign prior to the beginning of each job.

Complete step one by filling out this form. If you meet all of the required qualifications, I will reach out to you with the link for the Caregiver Credential Verification Form:
