Postpartum Healing Recipe Cards (Free Download)
Three printable recipe cards featuring nourishing meals designed specifically for postpartum recovery. These are the same recipes I prepare as a postpartum doula for the families I support through Loving Care Collective.
Each recipe was built with intention, using ingredients that research connects to healing after birth: iron-rich proteins to replenish what's lost during delivery, collagen-packed bone broth for tissue repair, anti-inflammatory vegetables, and nutrient-dense greens to support a breastfeeding body.
What's included:
Nourish and Heal Lasagna: vegetables blended into the homemade sauce, spinach folded into the ricotta, and layered with mozzarella and parmesan.
Blended Vegetable and Bone Broth Soup: smooth, creamy, and incredibly gentle on digestion. Adapted from a recipe by Joanne Gallagher of Inspired Taste.
Postpartum Pot Roast: slow-cooked until tender with mushrooms, root vegetables, and bone broth. Adapted from a recipe by Lindsay Taylor of The Food Doula.
These recipe cards are free because I believe every family deserves access to real nourishment during the postpartum period. If you want this kind of hands-on, personalized care in your home after birth, visit our Postpartum Doula Support page to learn how we can work together.
