  • Holds a Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families background check - The gold standard of background checks in Washington State. Includes fingerprinting and state and national level checks.

In Accomodation Care

Care is provided directly in your hotel, Airbnb, or private residence.

This option is ideal for:

  • Parents with infants or very young toddlers

  • Young children who feel most comfortable in familiar environments

  • Parents who need care early in the morning, or during their child’s typical naptime

Your caregiver maintains your child’s routine, supports meals and bedtime, and ensures a calm, safe experience while you enjoy your time away. Caregivers can support in hotel activities such as swimming.

Adventure Care: Seattle Outtings

Children can enjoy a thoughtfully planned, kid-friendly day exploring Seattle by walking/bus or with a vehicle arranged by the family.

Each outing is tailored to your child’s age and interests and may include visits to:

  • Woodland Park Zoo

  • Seattle Children's Museum

  • Pacific Science Center

  • Seattle Aquarium

  • The Space Needle

  • Local parks, waterfront walks, or neighborhood playgrounds

Discovery Days are designed to be enriching, safe, and engaging, offering children their own memorable Seattle experience while parents attend events or meetings.

Overnight Care

Professional overnight care is available for families attending late events, weddings, or multi-day conferences.

Care includes:

This option allows parents to fully participate in evening celebrations or professional commitments with peace of mind.

Overnight care is typically scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, with flexibility based on your needs.
