How it works
Personalized Consultation
Before your arrival, you will meet with Ashley, our founder and long time Seattle Mom, Nanny, Postpartum Doula, and Seattle School administrator. In your virtually meeting you will share about your family, your children’s personalities, your schedule, and your expectations.
We will discuss preferences, routines, comfort levels, and any special considerations.
Fully Vetted, High Quality Professional Caregivers
Our high standards for caregiver requirements aligns with the state of Washington’s requirements to work with children in licensed childcare programs, preschools, and schools.
This includes registration with Washington state, attainment of a provider number, and a Portable Background Check that includes fingerprinting, and criminal history checks nationwide.
Other requirements include: CPR/First Aid Certification, Safe Food Handler’s Card, MMR and Whooping Cough Vaccination or valid exemption, at minimum meets Washington State early learning professional development standards, and most hold higher education and/or degrees.
Candidates are interviewed personally by our founder, Ashley. Top matches are shared with you along with background check certificates, notes about their interview, and feedback from their professional references.

Loving Care Collective also acts as a payment facilitator, eliminating the stress of money changing hands in a professional manner. LCC collects the payment, and pays the caregiver directly so you can focus on what matters, your children and your travel.
